Hi There! My name is Alexaundra. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I earned my master’s degree in Counseling from Northwestern University.

I believe that healing takes place within the context of relationships, both with ourselves and others. I utilize a psychodynamic, relational, and narrative-based approach to help my clients understand how past experiences have shaped their approach and perspective of their life, values, and interpersonal relationships. I enjoy helping clients increase their self-awareness as well as identify and understand ways in which their current behaviors and patterns hinder authentic living.
