Therapist

Welcome—I'm glad you're here.

I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships—both with others and with ourselves. As a therapist, I offer a steady, compassionate presence to help you explore the parts of yourself that feel confusing, stuck, or difficult to access. Whether you're navigating trauma, struggling with low self-esteem, feeling disconnected from your identity, or noticing the same emotional patterns repeating in your life, therapy can be a space to deepen your self-understanding and reclaim your sense of direction.

My approach is grounded in psychodynamic, relational, and narrative theories. I work with individuals who are ready to look inward—who are curious not just about what they're feeling, but why. Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences have shaped your inner world, relationships, and sense of self. Through this process, you can begin to identify patterns that no longer serve you and move toward a more authentic way of living.

I support clients through challenges related to identity, attachment, emotional regulation, life transitions, and healing early relational wounds. I often incorporate inner child work to help connect the dots between past and present—so you can begin to show up in your life with greater clarity, choice, and compassion.

My background includes work in child welfare, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP) settings, and private practice. These experiences taught me how to hold space for people during some of their most vulnerable moments, with steadiness, curiosity, and deep respect for the complexity each person carries.

Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about helping you know yourself more fully. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just bring your honest self, and we’ll take it from there.
