Life can be challenging. We sometimes encounter situations that we hadn't prepared for or have difficulty bouncing back from them. Sometimes, we struggle with internal thoughts or beliefs that get in the way of us living our best and most fulfilling lives. Other times, we just need someone to really hear us, to help us move from a place of "stuck" in our emotional, professional, personal or spiritual lives.

With over 20 years of experience, I understand the challenges in finding a clinician who really gets you. In 2018, I founded Impact 4 Change, PLLC for person of color to find BIPOC clinicians to help along life's journey. My team and I are ready to come along side you and aid you in taking the next steps in your journey.

I graduated from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) in 2001 with a Master's Degree in Community Counseling. I have worked in several environments including partial hospital programs (PHP), school settings, and community based mental health authority. I have worked with children, adolescents and adults and supported those with a myriad of mental health concerns.
